Ophthalmology

Ophthalmology is the area of medicine that deals with the medical and surgical care of the eyes and visual system. Our ophthalmologists here at Granger Medical Clinic diagnose and treat eye diseases and disorders such as glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and conjunctivitis. They also provide the full spectrum of eye care which includes routine eye exams, glaucoma screenings, and prescribing eye glasses and contact lenses as needed. Some common ophthalmic issues include eye infections, scratched cornea, and irritation due to a foreign body in the eye area.

Our highly trained staff work continuously to stay ahead of the advances in ophthalmology in order to offer the highest quality services. We have the skills and expertise needed to provide you with a superior level of care. We are ready to assist our patients, of all ages, with the healthcare essentials needed to maintain healthy eyes and optimal vision.

At our Granger Medical West Valley location, we have an on-site optical shop which offers prescription and reading eye glasses, contact lenses, sun glasses, and more. You can choose from hundreds of different styles of frames. You can also work with our optician to find a fit and style that works for best for you. Please feel free to contact our optical shop directly for any questions regarding billing or insurance requirements for your vision benefits plan.
